The GuanJing Method, developed by Ting Ting Guan, is a meditative movement practice that uses spiraling, circular motions combined with rhythmic breathing to energize the body. Rooted in principles of traditional Chinese medicine, its focus is on performing movements that feel wonderful while incorporating vivid visualizations that promote deep mental peace and emotional harmony.
GuanJing Method has been recognized globally as I continue to bridge the worlds of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance. Last year, my book ‘Meditative Movements to Optimize Health and Vitality’ became a best-seller, an incredible milestone that fuels my mission to share this practice with the world.
